Privacy Policy

Last updated August 3, 2026

This policy explains what information this site collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled. It is maintained by Lions Den Initiative (LDI), the company behind Touché Noir, and covers this website only.

01

Who we are

This site is operated by Lions Den Initiative (LDI) on behalf of the recording artist Touché Noir. Artist management is handled by Praxis Society Music · Darryen "Rich" Richardson. For any question about this policy, or about information you have already submitted, write to rich@praxissocietymusic.com.

02

Information you give us

We only receive information you type into a form on this site:

  • Inner Circle signup: your name, email address, and the update categories you select (for example new music, limited merchandise, or culinary content).
  • Management and booking inquiries: your name, email address, the company or organization you represent if you provide one, the type of inquiry, an optional budget range, and the message you write.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data through these forms.

03

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and timestamps — to serve pages, keep the site available, and defend against abuse and automated form submissions. We do not run advertising trackers, sell audience data, or build advertising profiles from your visit.

04

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of data locally so the site works correctly — for example remembering a form step you were on. No consent banner is shown because no tracking cookies are set. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, this section will be updated before they go live.

05

How we use your information

  • To send Inner Circle updates about music, releases, merchandise drops, and events.
  • To read, evaluate, and reply to booking, feature, partnership, and press inquiries.
  • To keep records of the business conversations we have had with you.
  • To protect the site from spam, fraud, and misuse.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

06

Who can see it

Form submissions are stored in a private database that only LDI and Praxis Society Music personnel can access, and access is restricted to the people who actually need it — management, and the person handling the specific inquiry.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site: a website and database hosting provider that stores submissions on our behalf, and an email provider used to send and receive messages. These providers process the data only to deliver their service to us. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our people, or the safety of others.

07

How long we keep it

Inner Circle records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Inquiry records are kept for as long as the business relationship or conversation is reasonably active, and afterwards only as long as we need them for record-keeping — typically no more than three years from your last contact, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer.

08

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for updates. Email rich@praxissocietymusic.com with the address you used and we will act on your request within 30 days. Every Inner Circle email also contains an unsubscribe option, and unsubscribing removes you from future sends.

Depending on where you live — for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with similar law — you may also have the right to object to certain processing, to request a copy of your data in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

09

Security

Submissions travel over encrypted HTTPS connections and are stored in a database with access controls that block public reads. Accounts used to review submissions are individually authenticated. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep the data we collect deliberately minimal — and if a breach affecting your information ever occurs, we will notify affected people and any required authority without undue delay.

10

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email rich@praxissocietymusic.com and we will delete it.

11

International visitors

The site is operated from the United States, and information you submit is stored and processed on servers in the United States. If you are writing to us from another country, you are sending your information to the United States, where data protection law may differ from your own.

12

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes to how we use information you already submitted will be communicated to Inner Circle members by email before they take effect.
