This website is a promotional and informational site for the recording artist Touché Noir, operated by Lions Den Initiative (LDI). Management is handled by Praxis Society Music · Darryen "Rich" Richardson. Content is published as it becomes ready: sections, features, and pages may be added, changed, or removed without notice.

You may browse the site, read it, and share links to it. You may not:

• Copy, republish, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content, images, or email addresses by automated means.
• Attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or data, or probe the site's security.
• Submit false information, impersonate another person, or send spam through our forms.
• Interfere with the site's operation or its availability to other visitors.

All content on this site — recordings and excerpts, photography, artwork, video, written copy, layout, and the LDI lion emblem — is owned by Lions Den Initiative or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. "Touché Noir", "LDI", "Lions Den Initiative", and the lion emblem are marks of Lions Den Initiative. Nothing here grants you a license to use them.

Editorial and press use of images or copy requires written permission. Request it at rich@praxissocietymusic.com.

Joining the Inner Circle means you are asking to receive email updates about music, merchandise, and related projects. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to rich@praxissocietymusic.com. We do not guarantee any particular sending frequency, and membership does not entitle you to purchase, access, or reserve any specific product or event.

Sending an inquiry does not create a contract, a booking, or a partnership. Nothing is confirmed until it is agreed in writing and signed by management.

Please do not send unsolicited creative material — beats, songs, verses, treatments, concepts, or business plans. If you send unsolicited ideas anyway, you agree they are not confidential, that we have no obligation to review, return, or compensate you for them, and that Touché Noir and LDI may independently develop similar work without any liability to you.

Products shown on the Shop page may be in development, in limited supply, or not yet available for sale. Product photography, colorways, descriptions, and availability are for illustration and are subject to change. Anything marked coming soon is not an offer to sell. When merchandise does go on sale, the sale terms — pricing, shipping, returns, and any applicable taxes — will be presented at checkout and govern that purchase.

The site may link to third-party destinations such as social media profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Once you leave this site, the terms and privacy policy of that service apply.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lions Den Initiative, Touché Noir, Praxis Society Music, and their personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses, including legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of anyone's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes any consumer-protection right you hold in your home country that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with its "last updated" date, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
